Information we collect
We collect the details you submit, including your name, email, phone number, postcode, tech issue, notes, helper application details and payment-related status. Stripe handles card details; HomeITFix does not store card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to manage help requests, contact you about a request, review helper applications, send operational notifications, process payment status and keep basic records for support and compliance.
Who can see it
Approved helpers and HomeITFix administrators may see the information needed to assess or respond to a request. We do not sell personal information.
Services we use
We use trusted service providers including Supabase for application data, Vercel for hosting and Stripe for payments. Email delivery may be handled through a transactional email provider.
Access and deletion
You can ask us to correct or delete information where we are legally able to do so. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting, fraud prevention or dispute handling.
