Nothing to describe your problem. Once we review it, we send a fixed price. No surprises and nothing charged until you approve.

Is there a subscription?+

No. Pay per problem. We’ll never auto-renew anything.

Who actually reads my note?+

A real person reviews the request. If it looks suitable, an independent helper can respond with a plan and price.

What if you can’t help?+

We’ll tell you straight away and, where possible, point you to someone who can.

Is my data safe?+

We only ask for what we need to manage the request. Approved helpers can see the details needed to assess or respond, and we do not sell personal information.

Remote or in-person?+

Whichever suits the problem. Some requests can be handled remotely, and some need a local helper in person.

HomeITFix is the platform that helps connect customers with independent helpers. You approve the plan before any work starts.
